She took the time to make me feel relaxed and comfortable, never rushing. Sondra took extra time to listen to me, to understand my concerns and expectations, and then followed with thorough testing. I’m so thankful for her knowledge, patience, and sincere caring to determine what hearing assistance was best for me and my problem. I greatly appreciate all she did for me!
