Knowing I would need a cochlear implant, I was referred to Dr. Rierson. During the first meeting I was put at ease as Dr. Rierson patiently explained what to expect with this procedure. She answered all the questions I had in terms I could understand. With each office visit she has taken time to always address my concerns. It is a blessing to have her helping me throughout the process of adjusting to the implant. Having her and her patient care coordinator, Susie, to assist me has been wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to encourage anyone to give her a call.
