I noticed I was missing out on conversations, turning up the TV volume and struggling with phone conversations. Dr. Rierson gave me a thorough exam and the extent of my hearing loss. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got the correct type of hearing aid. I am happy and satisfied with my experience.
