I got my Cochlear implant 10 years ago in Omaha, NE. I always had a family member drive me to Omaha as I didn’t like driving in the city. So, this year I checked with Cochlear to see if there was an audiologist closest to where I live. And they said there was one in Carroll, IA. So, I got on the phone and made an appointment. I am now going to Sondra. I’m going to Denison where she has an office. She has been very helpful to me. I am very comfortable working with her. She goes the extra mile to solve problems I may have. She is friendly and a good listener.
